How it Works.
For Individuals. Executive coaching is generally done via telephone with some in person sessions, as needed. Executive coaching sessions generally last 6-12 months with 60 minute phone calls 3 times per month.

For Teams. Team coaching generally involves a team and individual assessment, 1 or 2 off-sites and phone-based individual and team sessions over a 6 month period.
