She has more than fourteen years of broad-based business experience helping organizations and individuals grow and expand by challenging the status quo, focusing on strengths and results-oriented action. Renelle is uniquely positioned with a deep understanding of all areas of business having worked in Accounting, IT, Marketing and HR for Fortune 500 companies, small companies, non-profits and government agencies.

As a certified emotional intelligence coach and long-time consultant, Renelle coaches leaders to build their effectiveness by helping them gain clarity, chart their vision and obtain the results they want within their teams and organizations via one-one coaching, team-based coaching, facilitation and training .Renelle works with executives and mid-level managers in all types of organizations. As a recipient of executive coaching herself, Renelle understands its power to accelerate growth and sees coaching as an important aspect of self development for leaders.

Renelle began her career working with executive clients at both Ernst and Young and Deloitte to improve their business and solve complex problems. She also spent several years as the Director of E-business for Mile High United Way, where she built a new department and was responsible for developing and implementing key change initiatives for the organization both nationally and locally. Renelle returned to consulting at The North Highland Company where she guided clients through complex global change transformation, facilitated strategic planning and team-based development sessions. Sample clients include: Qwest, large brewing company, State of Colorado, Airtouch Wireless (now Verizon), Level 3 Communications.

She has a B.S. in Business Administration from Kansas State University and a M.B.A. from the University of Colorado.
